IPC Director Angela Kelley Quoted in the L.A. Times


Commenting on the recent surge in federal criminal prosecutions of undocumented immigrants, IPC Director Angela Kelley observed that this latest manifestation of the U.S. government's deportation-only approach to undocumented immigration "doesn't mean we have an end to illegal immigration or a way of dealing with it."
