Snapshot of NY Immigrant Demographic and Economic Makeup

As Kirsten Gillibrand assumes her new responsibilities representing the people of New York State in the U.S. Senate, the Immigration Policy Center has prepared a fact sheet which shows Immigrants, Latinos and Asians are a political and economic powerhouse in the state contributing much more than food, language and culture, but are part of the very engine that keeps the state running strong.
